Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Deckhand for this new 60m private MY. The yacht will shortly start a big worldwide tour.
The yacht will be at anchor frequently, serving a high-demanding client who lives on board regularly.
The ideal candidate will have at least a couple of years of experience on deck in yachting. He will act as Relief Bosun when needed. Polar and worldwide experience would be a significant advantage.
We need someone capable of working autonomously on deck and a strong tender driver, experienced with both jet and sterndrive. Additional skills: fishing and diving would be a big plus.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, polite, friendly, dynamic, and proactive. We are looking for a reliable, drama-free personality, willing to commit long-term.
Fluent English is a must. Mixed nationalities.
Total Deck Crew: 5 (Chief Officer, 2nd Officer, Bosun, 1 Lead Deckhand, 1 Deckhand)
Cabin: Male candidates only, due to cabin's arrangement.

Salary range: €4000
Other: Annual 13th Month Bonus at owners’ discretion.
