We are looking for a Chief Stewardess for this 55+m Private New Build MY. Rotational position (2 on 2 off). Right candidate should have at least 3 years of prior experience on similar sized yachts as Chief Stewardess.
We are looking for someone who is not only detail-oriented and organized but also a mentor who leads by example. Patient, supportive, and dedicated to fostering a positive team environment.
The candidate will prioritize the growth and development of their team, guiding them with respect and encouragement.
Proven expertise in setting up the interior of a vessel. Working closely with owners to select and order cutlery, crockery, linens, and décor, ensuring that every detail reflects the owner's vision.
Interior crew: 4 (including Chief Stew)
Fluent English is required.
Non-Smokers.
Other: Female due to cabin arrangement
Salary range: €5500 (increases to €6000 after 3 months)
