Summary
We are looking for a Lead deckhand who is looking to step up to a Bosun role for a 85m M/Y single season vessel which is currently in the Med. The vessel is busy charter and are currently in a yard period until April/May.
This would suit someone who is looking to be based in the Med, a great proven leader who has had experience with helping run a deck team as this will be one of your responsibility. This is a busy boat and so they are looking for someone who has been in the industry for at least 2-3 years.
Great team onboard, fun and dynamic. They do weekends away together and are a close team so looking for someone with similar interests but can also handle being in a managerial role at the same time and setting an example.
Ideally with some courses completed towards your OOW
Start date - ASAP
Salary - 4000EUR
Leave - 46 days (Lot\\\'s of down time in winter) - Extra 10 days for training in addition.
Visas - Schengen in hand
