Summary
We are looking for a Experienced Sailing Mate to Join a beautiful 25m Oyster SY
They are currently on the last leg of the Oyster World Rally which will be followed by a transatlantic crossing for a Mediterranean cruising season.
You will be joining a lovely social able crew of 4 for the season
The Ideal Candidate:
We’re looking for a strong and competent sailor with:
- Yachtmaster Offshore (YMO)
- Significant sailing mileage & crossings experience
- Confidence holding solo watches (day & night)
- Ability to drive & navigate the yacht
- Engineering skills (basic maintenance & troubleshooting)
Occasionally, you may be required to move the yacht independently when the captain is away, so you must be confident in handling and maneuvering a vessel of this size.

Salary: 3500 EUR + DOE
Leave: 30 days
