Burgess Recruitment is looking for a seasonal Sole Chef for a 50m Private & Charter Yacht
We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Chef for the upcoming Mediterranean season.
Requirements
- Professional culinary training preferred.
- Certificates up to date: STCW, ENG1, F&HL2.
- Strong knowledge of light, healthy, Mediterranean, and fusion cuisine styles.
- Experience cooking for 7-9 crew members.
- Ability to cater to owner trips and possible charters throughout the summer.
Start Date: April 1, 2025
End Date: November 1, 2025
Joining location: South of France
Salary: €8,000–€9,000 per month DOE
Some owner trips and potential charter trips expected during the contract.
