Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Second Engineer for a 65m yacht
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Second Engineer to join a great crew. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in yachting and be familiar with the demands of working on a similar-sized vessel.
Qualifications & Experience
- Kw rating >3000kw
- Previous yachting experience on a similar-sized vessel is required.
- Charter experience is a must.
- Must be a quick learner with a proactive approach.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance, and repair of the yacht's engineering systems.
- Be hands-on and willing to assist in various areas as needed.
- Ensure the yacht is maintained to the highest standards, complying with safety regulations.
- Quickly adapt and learn new systems and procedures.
- Work together with Chief Engineer and other crew members to ensure smooth operations.
Start date: 15 April
Location: Med
Salary: EUR 7800 + tips
Leave: 8:8
