Deckhand

Summary

• A 100m High-Profile Motor yacht is looking for a Deckhand to join them ASAP – You need to be ready to fly this weekend and able to hit the ground running for a charter next week!

• This a fantastic opportunity to gain further experience onboard a vessel with a lot of busy operations. The programme has a huge focus on training and upskilling crew, with an incredible, structured internal promotion system in place. 

• The vessel runs with long-standing HOD's who operate a professionally run programme. There is a great crew onboard with solid longevity across departments and an excellent crew culture.

• You will ideally have 1-2 years’ experience in the industry and have completed your Yachtmaster. The programme runs with several large tenders, so you’ll need to be experienced driving tenders up to 30ft and strong when it comes to watersports and being in the water with guests!

• Additional skillsets such as watersports instructing, carpentry or videography/photography would be advantageous

• There is an excellent dynamic amongst the crew onboard with great crew activities organised during down-time, including golf days, group fitness sessions and social events!

• On offer is a competitive salary above industry standard depending on experience, along with a 3:1 rotation, even split of tips, excellent onboard training budget & Full medical cover
