Deck/Carpenter

Summary

• A 100m High-Profile Motor yacht is looking for a Carpenter/Deckhand to join them ASAP – You need to be ready to fly this weekend and able to hit the ground running for a charter next week!

• The position will be primarily carpentry with guests on, and carpentry/deck off charter.

• This a fantastic opportunity to gain further experience onboard a vessel with a lot of busy operations. The programme has a huge focus on training and upskilling crew, with an incredible, structured internal promotion system in place. 

• The vessel runs with long-standing HOD's who operate a professionally run programme. There is a great crew onboard with solid longevity across departments and an excellent crew culture.

• You will ideally have 1-2 years’ experience in the industry working on the exterior, with a high level of carpentry competency.

• There is an excellent dynamic amongst the crew onboard with great crew activities organised during down-time, including golf days, group fitness sessions and social events!

• On offer is a competitive salary above industry standard depending on experience, along with a 3:1 rotation, even split of tips, excellent onboard training budget & Full medical cover
