Deckhand Position Available – 43m Private/Charter Yacht
Location: Florida/Bahamas Program
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced deckhand to join a dynamic 43m private and charter yacht program.
This vessel operates in the Florida and Bahamas region, with a minimum of 12 charters per year.
This is an ASAP start in South Florida
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Tender Driving: As this program includes a 32ft towed tender, a strong skillset in tender driving is essential.
- Experience: We are looking for candidates with at least 1-2 full seasons of yacht experience, particularly in a busy charter program.
- Additional Skills: Extra skills such as diving, watersports instruction, or drone flying will be considered advantageous for this role.
- Licenses & Certification: A Yacht Master ticket would be beneficial for undertaking underway passages and bridge operations. Valid STCW, ENG1, PB2, passport, and visa are required for all applicants. Those applying from within the US who are not US passport holders or permanent residents must already be stamped in on the B1 visa.
- Vessel: This is a fully-managed yacht program, with all necessary SEA’s provided.
Accommodation & Compensation:
- Accommodation: Cabin share with male Engineer.
- Salary: DOE (Depending on Experience) – industry standard plus tips.
