Strictly private motor yacht, is seeking an experienced Service Chief Stewardess to lead the interior team with precision and excellence. This is a formally structured program with very high standards, offering stability and consistency with no unexpected changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of three full-time stewardesses, with an additional stewardess joining during the Bahamas owners’ trip for housekeeping and laundry support.
- Deliver white glove, butler, and silver service for all meals with meticulous attention to detail.
- Work closely with the Mrs., maintaining a professional yet collaborative relationship, ensuring the interior meets her exacting standards.
- Maintain an impeccably organized and refined interior, upholding the yacht’s established structure and service expectations.
- Coordinate provisioning, inventory management, and interior administration.
- Lead by example, fostering a strong, professional, and highly efficient interior team.
Requirements & Preferences:
- Extensive service experience with formal butler training or high-level hospitality expertise preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to maintain the yacht’s established standards and structure.
- Prior experience in a formal service setting, with a keen eye for detail and discretion.
- Must hold STCW, ENG1, and relevant yachting certifications.
- B1/B2 visa required for foreign applicants outside the U.S.; applicants currently in the U.S. must be on a B1 stamp to be considered.
- Candidates currently located in South Florida are preferred, as interviews are underway.
