Summary
This is a great opportunity for a chef that is happy to work for 3 months, from June until end of August in the Western Med area.
We do not need or require Michelin star experience, just good culinary skills and a great personality.
Mature, team player, positive and joyful.
Food service and menu composition is structured and does not need to be changed.
Family style, mainly platters, some plated desserts and appetizers. A lot of variety of proposal in terms of veggies, salads, pasta recepies.
We definitely want someone who bakes fresh bread every day, who can make fresh pasta, can use a Paco Jet for ice creams and sorbets.
The owner also appreciate someone who takes the time to go to fresh market and buy good local food when time allows.
Very genoerous package for the right candiate, who is someone that does not need to impress, but can cook good fresh food and maintain a positive attitude onboard.
Starting date 1st of June, embarking in Athens.
