The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a 3rd Stew to join our team of 4 onboard a private and charter yacht. This role involves being hands-on in all aspects of the interior and providing excellent service to guests. The ideal candidate will have at least one season of experience in a similar role and be able to work efficiently in a dynamic and busy environment.
At least one season of experience as a Stewardess, with a good understanding of interior service, guest care, and housekeeping. Experience working in a team environment, taking initiative, and ensuring the smooth running of all interior operations.
