Requirements:

STCW + Refresher

ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for min. 6 months) - physically fit

Passport (valid min. 1 year)

Strong leadership skills, Good communicator

Strong organizational skills

Solid References

Food safety/hygiene

Strong experience with Service, Housekeeping, Laundry 

VISA: B1/B2 visa (minimum 1 year) , Schengen for Europe as needed. 

Background check and drug testing may apply. 

Responsibilities: Chief Steward/ess duties. Hands on interior, good communicator, great leadership skills.  

Job Specifics: CHIEF Steward/ess - well organized, able to be a leader, great verifiable references, proven longevity. Large shared cabin. There will likely be a Stew/Deck as well. If you would be interested in also providing crew meals this is a plus. The owner will bring on their own chef.  

Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience 

Package: Medical coverage, flights to and from the vessel, paid leave, etc. to be finalized during interview process. Eventually a rotation may be discussed.
