Itinerary: S. Florida, Bahamas, Northwest of Florida.
License Required: MUST have Deck experience, strong tender driving, any engineering skills are a plus.
Requirements: painting, teak work, product knowledge
- STCW + Refresher
- marine medical or ENG1 (valid for 6 months)
- B1/B2 visa
- Any engineering licenses are a plus.

Other: Good social skills, well spoken. Great eye for detail.
Family use, the owners have kids, and they enjoy anchor the boat and relax, some watersports, jet skis, beach set ups. Hands on family, very respectful with the crew. They are building a charter program, no charters yet.
It runs with 5 full time crew, captain, 1st mate, chief stew, cook/stew and deckhand. They will hire a chef for longer trips or charters.
They tow a 34' tender.
The boat is currently in the shipyard and there is a 1-week trip planned around Mid-April with the family. After the trip they will be back in the yard to do some repairs.
Job Specifics: Preferences are to be located in the US, Caribbean or Bahamas.
Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience. TBD
Package: Medical coverage, flights to and from the vessel, etc. to be finalized during interview process. Standard Jamaican flag SEA.
