Chief Engineer in Antigua & Barbuda

Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chief Engineer for a 2:2 rotational position on a 60m+ Explorer MY.

The vessel has an amazing upcoming itinerary around the US, Central America, Patagonia and US West Coast.

The ideal candidate will have CE experience on similar sized vessels and candidates who have worked on explorer vessels or have similar cruising area experience will go to the top of the pile. The vessel has 5 large tenders over 30ft with large crane and heli-ops so familiarity with this is essential.

Candidates would require C/E(MN)III/2 or III/2(Y2) and the vessel has a total HP of 4350 and total Kilowatts of 3200 so please make sure you ticket is valid to be C/E on this type of vessel.

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Engineering Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RIII/2 Y2 Chief Engineer (<3000gt <3000kW)/ Chief Engineer (SV) (<3000gt <9000kW)
