Ocean Independence, a leading superyacht brokerage company, is seeking a Yacht Manager to join our Ocean Management division. This role involves supporting the operational and administrative management of a diverse fleet, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with industry standards.
Key Requirements:
- Based near one of our 16 global offices.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; German is a plus.
- Ability to manage budgets, logistics, and compliance matters.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with Owners, Captains, and suppliers.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Prior yacht management experience is not required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to develop in the role are essential.
