Position: Chief Stewardess
Yacht: 26m New Build – Azimut (Madeira Flag)
Location: Italy (Mediterranean during summer, Cascais, Portugal in winter)
Start Date: 15th May approx
Program: 70% Private / 30% Charter
Contract: Permanent
Crew: 5 total

Primary Responsibilities:
- Full interior setup and organization for new build delivery, including provisioning, cabin prep, and service planning
- Lead all interior operations including guest service, housekeeping, and laundry to a high standard
- Create and maintain interior manuals, inventories, and systems from scratch
- Deliver high-level service during both private and charter trips, adapting to guest preferences
- Coordinate with Stew/Cook on provisioning, guest preferences, and shared interior duties
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and luxurious onboard environment at all times
- Support deck and guest activities as needed with a hands-on and flexible attitude
Leadership & Teamwork:
- Lead and train junior stew (if applicable) and work closely with the Captain and crew
- Motivate and manage the interior team with strong communication and a team spirit
- Set the tone for a positive, energetic, and detail-focused onboard culture

Minimum Requirements:
- Valid STCW and ENG1
- Schengen Visa or valid EU Residence Permit
- Food & Hygene L2
- Experience on similar-sized vessels as stewardess, ideally with some charter exposure
- Proven ability to lead or take ownership of interior service on smaller yachts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Barista, wine knowledge, or table service training a plus
- Previous experience on new builds or in yacht setup is highly valued
- Charter experience is an advantage
Salary: 4,000-4,500 euros months DOE (negotiable)
