Summary
Looking for a Chef & Stews to service/cook at a very high end villa 6th May - 10th May.
Chef salary 550-750 EURO a day - main responsibilities - breakfast (fresh fruit, eggs, pastries etc). Light lunch and/or dinner for those guests that stay in the villa for the day.
Dinner for all guests 8th May - but a relaxed, informal setting
Stews x 3 - 250-350 EURO a day - usual stew duties, turn ups/downs, service throughout the day, maintaining all guest areas etc. Working under an ex Chief Stew
