Summary
Seeking a male, hard-working, great Deck / Dive Instructor (5:1) to join this team, onboard a 70m+ chartered and privately used, dual season superyacht. Fantastic atmosphere onboard. The crew onboard are really active, professional, and healthy minded.
Candidate MUST have his Dive Instructor license, Yachtmaster and be proficient in larger tender handling. At least one year's experience onboard a yacht is mandatory. This position will require someone who is uber safety conscious and mature. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: maintaining the onboard dive equipment, conducting diving site reconnaissance missions, creating dive reports for the guests and organising video footage / photos of the dive excursions. This position does include plenty of diving during trips, as the owner is a keen diver and actively encourages his kids to be involved. Applicant will understand and accept that the bulk of the duties will of course be in a Deckhand capacity, however.
Extra skills such as drone piloting, videography, etc. would be a huge advantage.
Salary / perks / bonuses to be discussed at interview stages. The crew have recently had a newly refitted gym completed purely for their use.
Currently in a shipyard phase, ahead of what will be a busy Mediterranean season.
All essential visas and certificates must be valid and in good order. Please do not apply if you are not available to start by mid April.
