The Candidate Specification
We are looking for a confident and capable 2nd Stewardess with 2–3 years of yachting experience, a great opportunity for someone looking to step up. You’ll rotate through all areas of the interior housekeeping, service, and laundry and should feel comfortable taking the lead and guiding junior stews when needed. A strong team player with an eye for detail and a can-do attitude is essential.
- Required experience: 2–3 years of yachting experience. Confident in all areas of the interior and experienced in guiding junior crew.
- Qualification: STCW, ENG1, Food & Hygiene Level 2, PSA/PDSD, valid Discharge Book (unless EU passport holder)
- Required Visa: Schengen Visa (if applicable)
