Job description:
We are looking for a Captain to work for a fleet of private yachts up to 30m+ alongside another captain, this is a well-established private fleet owned by a reputable family in Asia. The position offers a housing allowance and a company car for candidate to find a land base accommodation, the role is suitable for someone looking for stability and work life balance. Experience with high speed vessels is a plus.
The ideal candidate is a team player, able to work alongside another Captain as well as mentor, train and manage their crews. Experience navigating in Asian waters is a plus, culture awareness and strong work ethic are important.
Applicants must provide top-notch verifiable references and demonstrate longevity in past positions.
