Temporary 2nd Engineer – Private 60m+ MY
Start date: July 1st till early August (could be slightly extended)
Location: Middle East
Package: Daily rate in Euros inclusive of leave
Experience and attributes required:
Experience sailing as an Engineer on commercial vessels, looking to transition into Yachting or a newly qualified Yachting Engineer looking for a foot in the door
Hard working, motivated Engineer who is able to troubleshoot and problem solve whilst working alongside the other departments onboard.
Open minded and flexible to changes in plan, with a positive demeanour.
Some AVIT and electrical skills would be preferable but not a must.
Qualifications Required:
EOOW unlimited or Y3 (SV 2nd engineer)
Fully updated STCW training
Proficiency in Designated Security Duties Certificate
Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (Min 6 months validity)
Seaman’s Discharge Book
