Summary
Faststream Yacht Crew is excited to present the opportunity for a seasoned Deckhand to join a highly desirable 35m+ sailing yacht based in Italy, operating on a single-season program.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone relatively new to the industry who is keen to develop their skills as a Deckhand onboard a yacht known for its strong crew longevity and upskilling ethos.
This role is suited to a Deckhand with 1+ years of experience in the industry, ready to take the next step in their career.
To be considered, you must hold the following:
- Valid STCW certification and seafarer medical
- Yachtmaster (or currently working towards it)
- Minimum 1 year of experience (sailing yacht experience preferred) or UKSA Cadetship
- Availability from the first week of May
Package includes:
- €2,500 per month + multiple bonuses (13th/14th month, loyalty bonus)
- 32 days of leave per year
- Competitive training package (course reimbursement after 12 months)
- Sea-time, yard experience, and long-term development

- Due to cabin arrangements, female candidates are preferred for this position
- Only EU passport holders can be considered due to flag restrictions
