Faststream Yacht Crew is excited to present the opportunity for a seasoned Bosun to join a highly desirable 45m+ sailing yacht based in Spain, operating a single-season, busy private/charter program.
This opportunity is tailored for an experienced Bosun with 2–3 years of industry experience, ready to take the next step in their career.
To be considered, you must hold the following:
- Valid STCW documentation and seagoing medical
- Yachtmaster Offshore
- 2–3 years in yachting (preferably with sailing experience)
- Availability by the first week of May
In return, the vessel offers:
- €4,500 + charter tips
- 42 days leave

- Sea time and repatriation flights
