An ultra-high-net-worth individual (UHNW) in Dubai is seeking an experienced Private Chef with a specialisation in Caribbean cuisine. The ideal candidate will be confident in their culinary skills, adaptable to the Principal’s preferences, and capable of preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily.
This is a live-out position, and candidates must already be based in Dubai or willing to relocate independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare three high-quality meals per day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
- Customise menus based on the Principal’s taste and dietary preferences.
- Source the freshest, high-quality ingredients.
- Ensure an immaculate and organised kitchen, following strict hygiene and safety standards.
- Be proactive in introducing new, creative Caribbean dishes while also being versatile in other cuisines if required.
- Maintain an efficient and structured meal schedule to accommodate the Principal’s lifestyle.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Private Chef, preferably for high-net-worth individuals or luxury establishments.
- Strong expertise in Caribbean cuisine with a deep understanding of authentic flavours and techniques.
- Must be confident, adaptable, and highly professional.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
- Already based in Dubai or able to relocate immediately.
