Join us in shaping the future of luxury yachting! We are on the lookout for a top-notch Chief Stewardess to lead a dedicated interior team aboard our stunning 80m motor yacht. This is your opportunity to elevate guest experiences to unparalleled heights, showcasing your expertise in hospitality and leadership within a premium environment.
You will have longevity in all of your positions and especially as a Chief Stewardess. Your tenure in the last few positions with be as Chief Stewardess on vessels of 70m or more.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead with Excellence: Oversee the interior department, ensuring that every detail reflects the highest standards of service and cleanliness.
- Empower Your Team: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that inspire and elevate the skills of the interior team.
- Craft Memorable Experiences: Manage guest itineraries and preferences, delivering personalized service that exceeds expectations.
- Collaborate Seamlessly: Work closely with the Captain and department heads to ensure cohesive operations and a flawless guest experience.
- Maintain Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory and manage supplies efficiently, ensuring the interior department runs smoothly at all times.
- Resolve with Grace: Handle guest inquiries and address any issues promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction remains paramount.
- Champion Safety and Compliance: Ensure all safety and health regulations are upheld aboard the yacht.
Qualifications
- Certifications:
- STCW (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping).
- ENG1 Medical certificate.
- Food Safety and Hygiene Certification.
- Silver Service Training.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Any addition certified training that comes with this position.
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as a Chief Stewardess on yachts over 70m plus, with a proven track record of excellence in service.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team in high-pressure environments.
- Charter Experience a Must.
- Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in budget management and inventory control.
- Deep knowledge of fine dining service and wine pairing.
- Languages:
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
