Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Stew/Masseur(euse)for a 60m+ yacht
We are seeking a skilled Stew/Masseur(euse) with strong massage experience to join a successful charter yacht before the summer season begins.
Requirements:
- Masseuse certificates > Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage etc.
- Proficient in stretching techniques and can confidently give a medium pressure massage
- STCW, ENG1, FHL2
- Ideally B1/B2
- 1+ years’ experience on yachts
- Great references from previous vessels
- Hardworking & go-getter mindset
Around 3-4 hours of massage per day when on charter. The position mostly rotates between Housekeeping and laundry. Off charter, they are responsible for the spa area including inventories and letting the Chief Stew know about stock levels, as well as all other stewardess duties.

Salary: DOE
Leave: 45 days annual leave, rising to 60 after 12 months onboard
x1 annual flight, rising to x2 after 12 months onboard

Vessel Program and itinerary: Private & Charter dual season: summer charter season is from July-September 2025, then crossing to the U.S for Caribbean charter season ‘25/26 & some owner usage.
