Location : Classroom at the National Sport Centre. Nr Marlow (UK)
Course Structure
Small course numbers, using a variety of different static engines. The course takes the form of a lecture with questions & answers, followed by ‘hands-on’ the engines in the afternoon. It is not an RYA requirement to have working engines for this course but we often use additional working engines from craft based at the School (weather permitting). RYA course booklet (included in fee) forms the syllabus & is kept by the student at the end of the course.
Useful Information
Our classroom is easy to find from both the M4 and M40 by car. Public mainline railway stations are located in nearby Maidenhead or High Wycombe and we are only 35 minutes from London/Heathrow Airport.
A light light can be purchased at the onsite restaurant or you can bring your own.
