RYA Powerboat Level 2 - a 2 day course concentrating on boat handling and safety. In line with RYA guidelines, we encourage under 16’s to learn correct powerboating techniques. Level 2 is available for any member from age 12 upwards. The Course normally uses the Club's RIBs, but if you wish to use your own boat then please contact the Training Team. The ratio is three students to one Instructor per boat. Included in the Course Fee is the RYA Powerboat Logbook G20. Success in the assessment on day two will earn candidates either the Powerboat Level 1 or 2 Certificate depending on ability.
