Due to a recent management reorganisation, we are recruiting for a Marketing Manager who will manage and develop a capable marketing team responsible for business lead generation, brand marketing and events, and external and internal communications.
Thanks to the structure of the firm our client has a unique long term vision on all projects both capital investment and also towards the market and their client base. They are without a doubt one of the premier clients in this space.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a broad offline and digital brand marketing, lead generation and communications experience with an eye for innovation and constant improvement. Proven team leader and an excellent communicator experienced in successfully developing and implementing a range of time-bound, tactical and strategic activities. Must be hungry to develop a deeper understanding of their customers, business operations and the wider industry.
They value the diversity of thinking and ideas which can be gained from outside the industry, so whilst an affinity with the leisure marine sector is highly desirable, career experience in the industry is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. This involves gathering and analyzing data to identify opportunities and challenges.Develop marketing plans and strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.Create and oversee advertising and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve desired outcomes.Ensure the brand's consistency and integrity in all marketing activities. This includes creating brand guidelines and monitoring their adherence.Oversee the creation of marketing content, including copywriting, graphics, videos, and other assets. Content should be engaging and relevant to the target audience.Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and channels, such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies.Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary. Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.There is flexibility to work from various marina sites and the option for some remote work.
