Our client is a leading designer of motor and superyachts with a long history of ultra-high end design projects within the marine sector. As a Senior Naval Architect, you will take on a pivotal role overseeing the design and construction of production motor and superyachts.

Collaborating with a dynamic team of designers, naval architects, and structural engineers, you'll lead and direct the team, ensuring the creation of top-notch designs. 

Responsibilities:

Deliver fully resolved 3D hull models, 2D drawings, using complex mathematical and physical models. Provide accompanying documentation in accordance with project briefs, specifications, and regulations.Design boats and components with a focus on technical soundness and compliance with safety regulations.Manage the entire build process, from concept to final product delivery.Lead and direct a team of designers and engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Conduct structural calculations in adherence to relevant rules and regulations.Collaborate with fellow naval architects and designers, providing technical advice and sharing knowledge of boat building materials.Qualifications:

Expertise in Naval Architecture and Marine EngineeringExperience in production yacht industryAbility to lead and direct a team while also taking a hands-on approach to the design processExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelors or higher degree in Naval Architecture, Structural Engineering, or related field
