As a Mechanical Engineer, you’ll role will be essential in bringing this high-performance company into the next phase of the growth. Spanning across the competitive yachting and automotive industry, this role will see you as the right hand to the Head of Design and encompassing the entire project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with the Head of Design to develop new products and expand the size range of existing ones.Seeing projects from concept through to prototype and productionLead both existing and new projects, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from concept to final drafting.Undertaking engineering design and FE Analysis including hand calcsCreating concept engineering drawings and modellingMentoring and supporting junior designersCollaborating with internal teams and suppliersThis is an excellent opportunity to get on the ground floor of a company growing across multiple markets, to lead new and existing projects and take ownership of the full lifestyle.
