Join a leading Superyacht Tender manufacturer in Southampton, known for its innovative approach and dynamic team environment. My client is on the lookout for skilled professionals to enhance their growing teams due to a robust pipeline of custom projects and an expanding client list.
If you possess at least 5 years of experience in composite boatbuilding techniques such as laminating, bonding, vacuum bagging, cutting, and trimming, your expertise will be vital in crafting premium superyacht tenders.
You'll need to work precisely from drawings, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail in dry fitting and installing composite components with the aid of jigs, levels, and scribing tools to achieve superior finishes.
Skills in interior fittings, such as upholstery, joinery, woodworking, teak decking, and glass installation are also highly valued for this role.
Successful candidates will be adept at both independent and collaborative work, with strong communication skills essential for team success.
My client offers full-time roles with flexible working hours, including a choice between a 40-hour or 42.5-hour weekly contract. Their operational hours are from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm, with the possibility of taking Fridays off if all weekly hours are completed from Monday to Thursday.
