Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced GRP Finisher to join our team. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in the marine industry, exceptional finishing skills, and a meticulous eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for GRP finishing, including sanding, filling, and fairing.Application: Apply gel coat, resins, and other GRP materials accurately and efficiently.Finishing: Perform high-quality finishing work on GRP surfaces, including polishing, buffing, and ensuring a smooth, defect-free surface.Repair Work: Conduct repairs on existing GRP structures, ensuring seamless integration with existing finishes.Quality Control: Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications, making necessary adjustments to meet high standards.Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.Qualifications and Experience:
