Role Purpose: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marina Manager to lead operations at Royal Quays Marina. With a major development project planned, you’ll play a key role in transforming the site and creating new business opportunities and need a keen eye on the commercial reporting and P&L figures.
Key Responsibilities:
Maximize berthing occupancy and profitability.Develop and manage the annual budget and business plan.Ensure high-quality customer service and safety compliance.Build and lead a high-performing team.Oversee invoicing, debt management, and site maintenance.Develop marketing plans and customer events.Maintain relationships with local stakeholders.Ensure operational safety and security.Core Competencies:
Senior-level experience in a similar role.Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation.Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.Financial acumen and ability to meet budget targets.Marketing strategy awareness.Proficient in computer use and business software.Knowledge of marina and boatyard operations (desirable).Ability to swim is essential.RYA Powerboat Level 2 or similar qualification (desirable).Benefits:
