Looking for a CHEF/STEW to join a Vanquish 115 will be delivered to Fort Lauderdale by the end of September.

Owner expects a combinations of casual buffet style and also some days with plated three course meals. Approximately guests will be between 4-6 plus crew.
Fall/Winter will be based in Miami with daytrips to the Exumas and late Spring/Summer up in New England.
The yacht has 1 cabin for 4 crew.
They already have as current crew a Captain, Sole Engineer, and a Stew.
Crew will be provided with crew health insurance.
Salary expectations depending on experience.
