Summary
Looking for an experienced chief stew to join an interior team of two on a 35m private yacht. Brazilian owners, boat is based in Miami year round.
Mandatory to speak Spanish, any nationality (Cayman island flag). Usage of the boat is 8-10 weeks per year. Mrs. is very focus on details and service hence why a silver service course or previous experiences would be a plus.
Itinerary - December going to The Caribbean until mid January then it will come back to Miami and then shipped to Europe for approximately five months, which only one month will be with owners and guests onboard.
Chief stew needs to be ok with cooking for crew when owners are not onboard.
If you already have housing in South Florida you have the option to commute daily, otherwise welcome to stay onboard.
