Summary
Seeking an experienced captain to join a new build Baglietto 133'. Will be delivered in April 2025 and we are hoping to start interviewing great candidates to hire as soon as November then we will continue with the rest of the crew as we get closer to the date. Great American/Latin owners!
Ideal candidate will speak Spanish. Any nationality is welcome since it will be Cayman Island flag.
Boat will be private and charter based from October through April in either France or Spain (where it makes more sense for the crew, program, etc)
Itinerary for 2025 - owner, his wife and two (mid 20's) kids plus some friends coming as guests for a few trips. (no party boat). Boat will be used from either May/June through September. Owner will be coming and going due to his work (he is based in NY). Ideally boat will be charter for 2-4 weeks during the summer.
He wants to go around the Med, Greece, Turkey, Croatia, France, Spain, Italy, etc.
Vessel will run with 9 crew and most likely less while low season.
He wants a captain that treat the boat like his own, he is someone that will treat crew like family and wants a good environment onboard. A Captain with charter experience is a must and someone with proven longevity and great references.
