We have a lovely opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the private household industry to join a returning client of ours based in Kensington/Holland Park. This is a professional yet informal modern household. You will be working closely with the House Manager and mostly be assisting with the service aspect of the role whilst being willing to assist the wider team when required – including occasional housekeeping. We’re looking for an individual with high levels of attention to detail, with the ideal candidate will have experience working in luxury ski chalets or on yachts.
The role is a 2 month booking from mid-Oct until mid-Dec to help whilst the family are in residence.

Key Responsibilities
- Front of House service, meeting and greeting guests
- All types of service required including butler, drinks and occasional driving if you have a license
- Cleaning and polishing of glass and silverware
- Maintaining general cleanliness of the property
- Serving and managing the property on the weekend and in the House Manager’s absence
- Regular dog walking
- Ability to work efficiently independently or within the wider team
- Total discretion and the ability to provide exceptional service without being intrusive
Ideal Candidate
- Formal service experience
- Experience working in a 5* environment – yachts, chalets and villas beneficial
- Critical eye for detail
- Ability to multi task and use initiative
- Flexibility to help out wherever is needed
- Full UK driving license is advantageous
