Silver Swan Recruitment is seeking a proactive and cheerful live-in housekeeper to join our client’s beautiful, large property in Sotogrande, Spain. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is flexible, organized, and able to wear multiple hats – from housekeeping and cooking to occasional childcare and driving. You’ll be working in a friendly, dynamic household alongside another staff member, using ecological products to maintain the property, and contributing to a healthy, active lifestyle environment.

Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive housekeeping, including cleaning, laundry, and organizing to high standards
- Cooking healthy, delicious meals using fresh ingredients when needed
- Childcare assistance as needed, supporting the family with school runs
- Driving duties, such as running errands and grocery shopping
- Ensuring the home is well-maintained and running smoothly
- Working closely with the other household staff to provide seamless service
Ideal Candidate:
- Must hold an EU passport or the right to work in Spain
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills
- Holds a valid driving license
- Experienced in housekeeping and childcare, with a passion for creating a clean and welcoming environment
- Able to cook when necessary
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and enjoys working as part of a team
- Sportive and enjoys maintaining a healthy lifestyle
- Always maintains a positive attitude and a smile
Package:
- Salary: €35,000 - €40,000 gross per annum, depending on experience
- Accommodation provided
- Working schedule: 5 days a week with flexibility required
- 45 hours per week with some flexibility for additional hours as needed
