Minimum 2 years of experience. Sailing yacht experience is absolutely necessary
Should be motivated and self-starter. Must love what they do!
Highest levels of experience in industry required.
Large sailing yacht and large motor experience beneficial.
Sense of humour and wit a must. Outgoing personality.
Guests enjoy interacting and love to sail.
