Crew Chef vacancy on a 50m sail yacht currently in the USA. Private usage. Worldwide itinerary.

Rotation: 8-12 weeks on/off, more importantly to suit schedule.
Sailing yacht experience preferred.
ENG1, B1 B2 visa, COVID vaccinated, valid STCW
Crew of 12.
Responsible for all facets of the galley, provisioning and providing healthy and varying meals for crew and sometimes for the owner/guests.
Set standards for cleanliness, organization and catering onboard.
Principally cooking for crew.
Long standing personal home chef available to give advice so expect great things.
Crew like healthy food. Mix of dietary requirements with crew; vegan (dairy/gluten free) and a few preference based considerations. Variety is appreciated.
Clean and tidy galley at all times.
Crew chef must love what they do and genuinely care for people.
Highest levels of experience in industry required.
Large sailing yacht and large motor experience beneficial.
Sense of humor and wit a must. Outgoing personality; cannot be shy or retiring. Owner loves their boat and to sail.
