Rotation: approximately 10/10 weeks on/off
Sailing yacht experience preferred.
ENG1, B1 B2 visa, COVID vaccinated, valid STCW
Responsible for all facets of interior management. Ability to self-supervise, follow guidelines and protocols.
Good knowledge of spreadsheets and databases. Manage 2nd Stew, dayworkers and contractors.
Entertain owner and guests. Stand watch.
Must love what they do and genuinely care for people.
Highest levels of experience in industry required.
Large sailing yacht and large motor experience beneficial.
Sense of humor and wit a must. Outgoing personality; cannot be shy or retiring. Owner loves their boat and to sail.
