Summary
We are currently looking for an experienced 2nd Stewardess for a 45m private M/Y. This is a guest facing role which requires someone very strong and confident on service. Must have excellent eye for detail and be highly organised.
The yacht is Med based with live-aboard owners, so we are looking for someone who could become a long term member of the team. There is a close-knit crew onboard with a family, friendly atmosphere. The owner is interactive with the crew and likes to engage in conversations, as well as also occasionally taking the crew out for meals.
The guest trips usually end in October, but the season continues until December with 1 or 2 guests living on board. The season will resume again in February. During this period of no guests, the yacht will be in the shipyard, and the interior team will have Christmas, New Year's, and the entire month of January off.
With an interior team of 3, they try to get 2 days off each, per week, during the year.
A competitive package is offered, including 90 days of leave per year on a 3:1 rotational schedule. The salary is dependent on experience but typically ranges between €3,500 to €4,000 per month.
