Silver Swan Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and flexible Live-In Nanny for a returning client in Geneva. The position involves caring for three children in a fully staffed household, working alongside the nanny placed by us two years ago.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional nanny to join a loving family in a beautiful city, providing high-quality childcare in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care for a one-and-a-half-year-old and a one-month-old baby
- Assist with morning and evening routines for the three-year-old, who attends school during the day
- Plan age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children
- Support nap schedules, bath time, and bedtime routines
- Accompany the family on trips and ensure the children’s needs are met while traveling
- Work closely with the existing nanny and cleaning lady to maintain a well-organized and harmonious household
Ideal Candidate:
- Must hold and EU passport or the right to work in Switzerland
- Proven experience caring for multiple children of similar ages, especially infants and toddlers
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and family needs
- Willingness to travel with the family
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude towards working alongside other staff
- Warm, patient, and nurturing, with a genuine love for children
- Energetic and proactive, capable of keeping up with active children
Package:
- Accommodation provided – Fully equipped 37 m² studio within the main house
- Schedule: 45-hour workweek
- 25 days of paid vacation, in addition to public holidays
- Salary: CHF 5,500 gross per month
