Summary
We are searching for a Chief Stewardess to join this very prestigious program. This large 62mt sail yacht is one of a kind and it is run to impeccable standards. For the right fit this vessel will be a wonderful experience and a great challenge towards career progression. Therefore we are after an ambitious and driven professional. Who is a well presented individual, naturally organised, and with a high criteria of work ethic. A person who gives priority to the role over other matters.
Experienced with time management and a leader at heart, you will have 2 stews in your team. Silver service, extensive cocktail making and wine knowledge will be essential. Familiar with yard periods, dealing with contractors, medical stock and inventories.
The boat will be based in STP for this winter, starting off with an early Mediterranean season. Followed by a short Caribbean season in order to carry on sailing towards the Pacific for 25/26. You will be working for a family oriented yacht and great owners, who have had yachts before hand.
A team player, willing to motivate the crew when needed, with a positive mind set and an active lifestyle. Proven longevity and having sailed on yachts before will be fundamental in being considered for the role. PLEASE do not apply if you have never worked on a sail yacht ranging 40-50mts in size.
