Burgess Recruitment is looking for a Spa Manager/Housekeeper for a 70m+ New Build Charter Yacht

Qualifications:
- Must be a qualified beauty therapist with experience in luxury spas.
- Ideally, at least one year in a similar role on board a busy charter yacht.
Requirements:
- Professional, proactive, and highly organized with outstanding time management skills.
- Ability to maintain the spa area to a high standard, manage stock inventory, and assist the housekeeping team between treatments.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure the yacht remains presentable for guests and photoshoots.
- Skilled in different types of massage (including hot stones, sports, and Swedish), facials, gel nails/manicure, pedicure, and waxing.
- Hair styling skills or fluency in French or Italian is a bonus.
- Must be willing to commit long-term and contribute to a positive, energetic team environment.
Other:
- The yacht is currently under construction in Turkey and nearing the end of the build process.
- B1/B2 visa is preferred but not essential; Schengen visa if needed.
- Great captain and an opportunity to help build a strong crew team spirit.
