Summary
Mate – 30M Private Vessel (Caribbean-Based)
We are seeking a strong and experienced Mate to join a 30M private vessel currently cruising the Caribbean and set to remain based there for the next year.
- Qualifications: Yacht master or 100-ton license, or proven longevity on a similar-sized vessel
- Experience: Fishing and diving skills are a major plus
- Program: Private, active itinerary
Responsibilities:
- Support the Captain in all aspects of vessel operations, navigation, and maintenance
- Assist with deck duties, including guest activities such as fishing and diving
- Ensure the vessel is maintained to the highest standards
- Must be mechanically inclined and able to assist with maintenance and technical tasks
Requirements:
- Yacht master or 100-ton license (or equivalent experience with longevity on similar vessels)
- Proficient in deck maintenance, operations, and guest service
- Strong knowledge of fishing and diving activities preferred
