Burgess Recruitment is looking for a First Mate for a 40m Private Motor Yacht (395GT)
Start Date: Within the next two weeks
Salary: €4500 per month
Leave: 38 days
Qualifications:
- RYA Yacht Master/ MCA Master 200/ IYT Master of Yacht Limited
- Cayman Endorsement
Requirements:
- Experience as Mate on similar-sized yachts or Bosun/2nd Officer on larger yachts.
- Proficiency in cloud-based vessel management systems.
- Skills in Planned Maintenance Management (PMM) and safety checks.
- Capable of managing chart folios, ENPs, and ECS.
- ISM experience, as you will act as the Safety Officer onboard.
- Well-organized, with strong planning and management skills for crew and contractors.
Other:
- Cayman-flagged vessel, RINA Class, with Mini ISM.
- Yacht has a home port and is currently for sale with no planned guest use.
- Candidates located in the West Med or UK preferred.
- Non-smoker.
