Burgess Recruitment is looking for a Chief Stewardess for a 63m Large Volume Motor Yacht
Start Date: 13th January 2024
Location: Caribbean
Salary: €7500 per month
Leave: 90 days per year
Bonus: Discretionary 13th-month bonus
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Chief Stewardess on a similar-sized vessel or larger.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong eye for detail.
Requirements:
- Fluent English speaker.
- Ability to manage a 5-strong interior team effectively, including the Chief Stewardess.
- Prior experience in both owner-use and charter operations.
Other:
- The yacht is predominantly used by the owner but is available for charter, with a one-week charter already booked for early February.
- Cruising plans include the Caribbean initially, then Mexico, Alaska, and Western America in 2025, with a return to the Mediterranean/Caribbean routine. There is a possibility of further exploration.
